Boutique strength coaching gym based in France

This is an in-person, brick-and-mortar strength coaching gym in France. Memberships are for the physical facility, not an online-only program. Full physical facility access with small group coaching schedules.

In groups of 6–10, you get real coaching feedback on every lift. No waiting for equipment, no guessing if your form is right. You will train alongside people with the same goals, so you stay safer, more accountable, and part of a small community that actually notices when you show up.

Coached sessions and small groups of six to ten. No mirrors-and-music nonsense — programmes that progress, and someone watching your form.

First session €35. No membership required.

Six people, not sixty

Small groups mean a coach actually sees you lift. Every session is programmed, not improvised.

Coached, not supervised

All our coaches are accredited and have been doing this for years, not months.

A plan that progresses

You leave the first session with a written programme and know exactly what next week looks like.

The difference

Why small groups matter

A class of 6–10 people is how coaching actually reaches you. Compare that with a commercial floor of 20+.

About the gym

We opened in a railway arch with two barbells and a rowing machine. The idea has not changed: teach people to lift properly, then keep them doing it.

Everything is coached. Small groups cap at six for strength and ten for conditioning, because past that a coach is a spectator.

Most people come in unsure and stay for years. That is the whole business.
